On the path…a way with words
Posts that sit there.
Here’s a list of ideas I’ve had for posts that just sat there. Really going nowhere. Respecting your time, I thought I’d just list the working titles here.
Taking a cue from Steve Martin,
“Some people have a way with words…and some just have, way.”
Lately I’ve been thankful to have a ‘way’ of making 2 thoughts correlate each other; in the same post.
Here’s the list:
1. On the path…Great Northern plays the Viper Room
2. A week in review…the saturday night rollerderby
3. On the path…Sideways.
4. On the path…around my brain to Martin Scorsese.
5. On the path…in the Valley.
6. On the path…a suit, a lecture, and a concert
7. On the path…”Daniel Variations”
8. On the path…Kinesiology
9. On the path…”If I Could”
So there you have it. Titles of posts that had potential. Yet just sketches of events. At the time they seemed pertinent, maybe even funny. But none found a voice.
Maybe I should work on them harder. But I’ve decided to let them go. In addition T requested an expansion on my cruise adventure. I’ve given it thought but that too has left me dry. And now it’s SPRING already!
Happy Spring everyone!

This isn’t fair. I’m sitting here in the ICU trying to guess what each of these were going to be about.
a suit, a lecture, and a concert — wtf?

I was wondering where this link was going. I did find that English cat’s karate page, but am still looking for Bill Conti’s song.

Just a note: Here in Mississippi, it’s Spring all right. The pollen is everywhere, yellow and nasty, and no rain in site. A third of my company is out sick. Everything is dreary and hot and dusty and hopeless. Miss us yet? : )
I wanted to hear about roller derby.
